Quality World, the leading independent magazine dedicated to quality, published in its Spring 2023 edition an article called "Agile thinking" by Phil Lattimore about how quality management can bring business agility forward. As one out of three leading experts in the field, I was interviewed, and main parts of my approach featured. I was very pleased to notice that all three of us had a very similar understanding of the issue, so that our ideas complemented one another.
